Ganz O.k. Manche Speisen besser als andere, grosse Auswahl, freundliches Personal, aber wir hatten den Eindruck, wir wären für dieses inexistent Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern da das Warten wegfällt

Kurzentschlossen aber richtig- war uns das Angebot sehr wichtig. Man darf mit Fug und Recht erzählen; man tut gut dran schnell zu wählen.Das ganze Bad mit all den Räumen,lässt manches Herz vom Urlaub träumen. Das Wasser, die Zimmer und auch die Bar, sind optimal gutgepflegt das ist klar. Das Auto direktunter dem Logis parkiert, ist nämlichdank Nummer perfekt garantiert. Das Frühstückbuffet und auch dasPersonal ist exzellent geraten und lässt nur die Wahl, ob morgens ob mittags oder sicher am Abend: die Gerichte sind vorzüglich geraten: erlabend. Wir sind sehr geneigt und werden empfehlen beim nächsten Besuch das Thermalp zu wählen.

Infrastructure is okay, we were at the hotel and would come back. Staff in general is unfriendly (reception, bar, restaurant). The restaurant is the dark place where food is nothing special, the service is slow and disorganized. There is no healthy food alternative, and the reparates and way of cooking would have been fine 30 years ago... Sauces are industrial, veggies are frozen... The table next to us was a young couple with a baby who had to wait almost 1 hour and a half to get their only course. Numerous mistakes in the service. This place has a beautiful potential, but its administration does not do justice. Avoid restaurant until the situation changes.

Good food, with a light menu. With some though limited options for special needs. Vegans should hit the salad bar. We had our own gluten free bread.

Bad welcome in the wellness area of the baths, staff very unfriendly and not very understanding, warned 15 minutes before that it was impossible to do a massage reserved for 2 people, 3 weeks previously. Spa area, hammam, sauna, lots of cracked tiles in the jacuzzi step and bench in cracked and scratched tiles, neglected space, bare taps. Restaurant: daily menu, good but nothing more, good presentation but very undercooked steamed vegetables, little polenta and dry lamb... and hungry when you come out For 4 hours at the baths paid 6.5 francs, inconvenient indoor parking, deplorable outdoor parking.
