Hideaway Pizza - Owasso

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I placed an order for a pizza online and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. However, it took over 70 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Despite the curbside sign indicating that orders would be brought out to customers, I had to go inside and wait while my pizza sat on the warming shelf. Overall, the service was very poor and I would recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for good pizza.

The fried mushrooms were delicious. However, the thin crust pizza was a bit too thick for my liking. Despite this, it was very fresh.

This restaurant has incredible food and the customer service was exceptional.

The place is busy. We got set right down, got our drinks right away. Ordered one small pizza for the wife and two kids and I. Didn't get our pizza after an hour. Asked 40 minutes in what was going on and was told it will be another 20 minutes to get our single small pizza. Yea not going back. Ever.

But in 15 minutes, friendly staff, manager also. great eating, as always. it was refreshing to see that the manager triggers the staff when needed, from cleaning tableware, storing the things in the holding department and even cleaning a chaos on the stairs. a great visit!
