Írjon visszajelzéstThe restaurant is consistently understaffed and lacking in training. The wait times for placing orders and receiving food are excessively long, and my order is frequently incorrect. I sympathize with the two high school students working there, as they seem overwhelmed. One young employee asked the manager, Sky, for assistance with processing a refund, but unfortunately, Sky was not helpful. While we were waiting, a family celebrating their child's 8th birthday, who had arrived and ordered before us, also faced issues with their order. Their meals were incorrect, and they ended up having to share fries and sauce because they couldn't find any employees to help rectify the situation.
The food was terrible, and the service was even worse. I waited a long time in the drive-thru, and the staff member was rude. I ordered chicken strips with gravy, but I have no idea what the gravy was; it was unrecognizable! The fries were cold as well. I won't be returning. I emailed management but haven't received any response. The picture below shows what the gravy looked like!
I was very excited to check out the Dairy Queen today. I know they had some issues in the past. I went through the drive through around 430pm. I placed my order and I was told their ice machine was broken, I ordered a Dr. Pepper, I was told it wasn'tworking. I had to order a Coke with no ice. Terrible, as I handed them my card for payment I heard the manager say that thekitchen is closed to the person behind me, and he told his staff he was headed to Taco Bell and if anyone needed anything toeat. Just a weird place. I gave them a chance, however I won't be going there again, I forgot to add that my fries werecold/warm and soggy. My burger wasn't fresh , I could tell it was warmed up in a microwave, 12.00 wasted. It's time to cook athome , at least you know what your getting.
We received awful service tonight. Waited in line for 10 minutes (i was the only one in line) while one of the workers texted on their phone. The counters were disgusting. There were banana peels, sauces, toppings, dirty utensils, dirty rags and much moreall over the counters. I also watched the same employee who was on their phone make a blizzard with no gloves on. He cut up somebrownie/lava cake on the counter (the same counter that money is handled on), no cutting board used. Just straight on thecounter. Then I watched him use his hands, still with no gloves, to pick up the cake and push it down into the blizzard usinghis fingers. He used one of the dirty rags to wipe his hands off, then started making more orders. Very disorganized and notclean at all.
I was thrilled to see that they had reopened after such a long closure, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed during this visit. I used the drive-thru, and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t make any special orders, yet I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just two meals. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the French fries that came with each meal. So, I ended up paying $20 for just two burgers. We won't be recommending this location, and we definitely won’t be returning.
