Starbucks - Owatonna

I never go to target but decided to visit.. stopped at starbucks 12/30 12:30pm. I was in line but after waiting 20min the line hasnt moved. The young gal all alone was trying her best as the 2nd young gal left when anyone would and should of stayed. The one i assume the store manager in Red was very rude to the young gal scolding her.

I waited 15 mins for 1 of my 3 drinks. I went up to counter and saw my cup laying on its side with my name on it and the girl said oh yeah I'll make it. Then she proceeded to go on break. I went back up to counter and asked about my drink again and the girl said oh yeah we'll make it. Then the 2 other girls talked about why the other girl just left my cup on counter and then the girl that was making my drink finally didnt even know how to make it. It was an iced green matcha. No apologies for the mix up or anything

Great service and is there any better coffee than Starbucks?

Snow and Jessica went above and beyond during our visit. Super friendly and understanding. The store was clean, and had a welcoming vibe! ALSO they spelt my name right
