Buenavista Mexican Cantina

Simple Mexican restaurant located in the great Owens Cross area just outside Huntsville. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

For those who have not dined at this restaurant before, please be aware that they have implemented a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card payments. I thought it was important to share this information with potential customers reading reviews.

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The interior was charming, but I was disappointed that the outdoor patio was closed. The weather has been beautiful, so it would have been nice to sit outside.

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants! Carnitas are my personal favorite. Also love the decoration.

We are here for the first time today (11-15-20). My grandparents drove out of town to get me out for my birthday and be new to the area where I didn't want to go. A friend called us. Food and atmosphere was FANTASTIC. Completely satisfied with the food. The male waiter kept our drinks full and was very pleasant. The lady did her job well, but wasn't overly polite or friendly. No smile. For what I used to a Mexican restaurant it was a little more expensive than usual, but it was also a striking Mexican restaurant. Back!
