Írjon visszajelzéstI placed my order online 20 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, all the stands were blocked. I asked why they were blocked, and a staff member explained that the manager hasn't been hiring enough people, which makes it difficult to keep the restaurant running smoothly. If the manager isn't doing their job to find adequate staff, they should consider letting them go and reaching out to a temp agency to cover the shortages. Blocking off stalls is costing them business and ultimately losing them money. COVID should no longer be an excuse after this long.
I’ve never had a bad experience at a Sonic before, but if I could give zero stars, I would. When I went to place my order yesterday, an employee told me that they could no longer accept the orders we had, and then she laughed dismissively. It was incredibly rude. I’m sure her anxious attitude upset a lot of customers. In such a lovely city, there's no need for such poor service and behavior. There's absolutely no reason for anyone at Sonic to laugh in the face of a child.
I placed an order at this Sonic location, and everything was fine until today. I ordered a foot-long hot dog, but it was completely raw and uncooked. The meat was just laid out raw in the bun and barely covered with chili. This is definitely the last time we’ll be visiting this place.
Cheese burgers are always cold. All other articles are hot. It seems that there is no help because I was sitting in my car for almost ten minutes, I was not so busy. I'm not coming back.
So we tried to go here as a group at 9:30pm. We wanted to sit in eat together so we sat on the patio. Well as soon as we got there they shut pretty much everything but the drive thru down. We are not happy with it.
