Bj's Bakery - Owings Mills

Been there quite a few times, nothing special, just another BJ’s.

Get place to get basic house stuff quickly but need more variety

What horrific customer service. Middle of the afternoon and 35 minutes waiting online. Minimal lanes open. Managers rude. Awful experience Owings Mills, MD BJs. Will join Costco. Much more efficient, friendlier and faster.

This place has the worst customer service. I won't be surprised when they close, nor will I be sad.

I appreciate BJ's coupons! They're more affordable than Costco for the items I typically purchase. The experience is pretty straightforward—think of it as Aldi vs. Trader Joe's, but it gets the job done. However, the random salespeople wandering around, trying to sell windows or other products, can be quite bothersome. I often struggle with self-control, so I just stick it out in the usual long line.
