Írjon visszajelzéstI had a great experience thanks to the two gentlemen behind the counter. Their names are Malik and Kam. They were working hard to make sure that the customers were happy with their service. They were a two man crew who cooked the food, served the food, cashier duties and still they provided me with great service and a smile. They truly went above and beyond. Kudos for the great service, gentlemen.
I stopped eating at Chipotle a little over a year ago after countless consistency issues with orders. Last night, after coming home from a out-of-state trip, I decided against my better judgement to order to-go from the app at the Owings Mills location. I ordered 2 bowls (1 burrito 1 salad) with no out of the ordinary requests. When I arrived at the restaurant at around 7pm the restaurant was completely empty as far as customers went. I noticed only 1 person working behind the counter who looked like they were already wrapping things up for the night. Mind you, it's only 7pm and already closing early? I go to the pick up counter to pick up my order which was the only one on the shelf. Drive all the way home and begin to start unwrapping the food. Everything was wrong, backwards, and/or missing. It was as if someone read the ticket when it came it and just started tossing whatever into two bowls. Tried to get a refund from the app and all I could get was 2 BOGO coupons. At the end of the day I can only blame myself for going against my moral decision to never patronize this franchise ever again. I touched the hot stove and got burnt again. I used to eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. The last 3/4 years this franchise has gone down hill so bad that it is beyond saving. If you're reading this and all the other terrible reviews, do yourself a favor, NEVER EVER go here! Also, not just this location but ANY of them!
Came here a little after 9. No black beans, little fajitas, no napkins, spoons and forks all over the counter (unsanitary), no Izzie?s. I order two bowls. Get to the end, hand her the cash. She says ?we don?t have any coins, is that okay?? I said ?That?s not my problem, you can?t short change me? she then says ?card only?. That?s something you say when people walk through the door. The skinny guy that started to prepare my food was kind, but the female was rude and unprofessional. Chipotle really used to be on point. I haven?t come to a chipotle in a long while because of how the service declined. Y?all are still declining.
Every time we want to get Chipotle, we try to give this one yet another chance and it always misses the mark. Not. Worth. It. They are always out of ingredients, and the ingredients they do have are very stale. Then, I can?t think of a single staff member that has been moderately polite or attentive. They?re extremely rude and act as though you?re inconveniencing them by ordering food. When we went recently, the crew member forgot to add salsa to my bowl (not a big deal), but when i went back to the counter and asked if they could give me a side of salsa, they were going to charge me $1.25! I explained that they didn?t put it on earlier and acted like I inconvenienced them, even though there was no one in line behind me. This location needs to close, or they need new management pronto. In the meantime, we will stick with Qdoba or the eldersburg chipotle.
I don?t know why I give this location a second chance. Every time I patronize them, whether via delivery, pickup or in person, they are always out of ingredients. Usually when I get delivery something is missing from the order. I always go to corporate and talk to ?pepper? who gives me a coupon for my next visit, but it?s always expired. It?s just not worth it anymore.
