Royal Farms - Owings Mills

This establishment has barely been open for a couple of months now and the upkeep of this location is just disappointing. I went there tonight to clean my windshield and as soon as I pulled up, the first thing I noticed was the trash cans were overflowing, once again and I was unable to use the squeegee because every last one of them were all bone dry. When I went inside to grab to cup of hot tea, as I did the week before and the week before that, the hot water machine was down. I was informed by one of the associates, the machine was down because it needed to be cleaned first why is taking almost a month for someone to clean the machine? We need to do better!!!

The service was excellent. David was super helpful and he was working diligently to make sure the store was clean and stocked. Even at this time of night. Everything about hit my experience was exceptional. I will definitely be back. He also gave me instructions on how to get my sister a job there. It was David for me, all around 10/10. Highly recommended.

It's fairly new and the service inside is good as opposed to other locations. I highly recommend their chicken. It is very tasty, crunchy, warm, and fresh. Also there is a gas station and a car wash on site. Overall it's the best place in the area to take care of all your needs in one stop.

Bathroom is filthy customer service is bad management Is out of order

Service is very slow. I've had a turkey sandwich take 20 minutes when the place was more or less empty. I've also ordered extra meat on a sandwich and gotten no extra meat on multiple occasions. Last time I was there, they were out of bags. Fine to pick up a quick snack I guess, but nothing else.
