Dunkin' - Oxford

Love, love. Love donuts. And Dunkin Donuts always taste good. Sometimes this place is a little simped on product, which means that they have very few to choose. But they're next to a store with high traffic.

At 8:45 P.M., they had already removed all their doughnuts, doughnut holes other pastries. The register had already been pulled when we went to the manager, brought out the register from the office that hit it in the register holder. We wanted to order some doughnuts 2 frozen coffees. We were told with an attitude that they don't sell anything in the branch, but regularly hot or cold coffee. We went out. That was my first last visit to a dunkin'.

In the last 2 times I visited this place, the employee over the drive thru loudspeaker had a bad setting and rudely responded to my request at the order. The pretentious attitude is not necessary. Starbucks in Oxford offers MUCH better service and quality and worth waiting in line.

Would I? ve gave this review five stars, but the last few times I bought my freezer coffee they did my job wrong. We ordered a medium and we got toddlers and when we were asked if they were moderate, he said yes and they were clearly not. And once again we ordered great and were given medium, and when we were told that we were not a great order. Great coffee, but terrible service. The workers have no manners.

Great stop along I-20 on the way from Birmingham to Atlanta. Fast and Friendly staff. Don?t be put off by the fact that it?s attached to a gas station.
