This is an Oxford must if you visit! The pizza is made right in front of you and we got in and out in under 10 minutes. They have desserts made by Bremma?s sweet treats and they are amazing!! The banana pudding is the best I?ve had and from cupcakes to Bundt cakes to scones! They have everything you need to cure a sweet tooth. Make sure you stop by!!!
The pizzas were ordered for pickup and were ready on time. The pizzas were quite delicious. My favorite was the summer lovin' pizza was delicious and refreshing! The cheese sticks with the mozzarella I would eat again. The other pizzas were delicious! We all split 4 pizzas and they were gone in less than 10 minutes!
This little treasure of a pizza place is the crowned jewel of Oxford pizza. Having visited quite a few other pizza places, Fergndans stands out as good pizza. They do a thin crust pizza and the rest of the ingredients are in perfect ratio to that. The vegetables and meat are thinly sliced to ensure that no flavor dominates the pizza. The cheese and sauce are also perfect in relation to the crust size. The crust is tasty and provides a beautiful background for the rest of the flavors. What really stands our about the crust is it is still soft as opposed to many other thin crust pizzas. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauce and the cheese was very good as well. The only way to describe the pizza is intelligently designed, well executed, and the best in Oxford. The restaurant itself is wonderful. Out of town and off the beaten trail, this store gives you a real classy southern feel. It has tables outside and inside (under a wraparound porch). It is simple and quiet. The service also stands out from most other restaurants in the area as it is fast and friendly. Fergndans is a standout restaurant that provides everything you could want in a pizza place. I would recommend it to locals and tourists alike.
I ordered a pizza and waited 20 minutes for it to be ready, only to spend an additional 10 minutes driving there, only to find out they were missing one of the pizzas I ordered. They didn't even try to call the number on my order to explain the situation or offer me any options; instead, I was left waiting until I arrived just to hear, "Oh, sorry, what do you want?" To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that the other pizza was burned. I suppose that’s fine if you enjoy charred crust. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. Their business practices are terrible! It’s no surprise there was only one other customer there.
