Wendy's - Oxford

I just got through the ride. Order 1 item a 6 piece chicken nugget. I have 4 pieces. I didn't go back because I was in my lunch break. This place is terrible! Every time I go, I either have to wait forever or the order is wrong.

This location was open for service BUT no one acknowledged or greeted the guests after several minutes. Two sets of customers were ignored at the register. Even after knocking on the countertop! The person at the window wearing the headset did not acknowledge anyone except the drive thru. Even after we called out, we were still ignored. So, the two parties of six guests left the building unserved. We will not return to this location, again. No service means no sales. What kind of business practice was this, or was it poor management!? Ugggh! FYI- the Chic Fil A across the street had lines of cars wrapped around the building.

Service was very slow. Waited in drive thru too long. A worker finally answered and later stated she was handling two work areas. I appreciated her honesty! The food was good but two of the workers did not have on masks nor gloves.

Good food and pleasant staff. Service was a bit slow particularly since I was the only person in the dining room. The dining area needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms were a bit dated but otherwise a positive experience.

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for one car. 10 minutes was spent waiting for them to talk to us in the intercom. After finally teaching the window, we got our food but we no receipt. They didn't pay attention to us at all. Couldn't getcondiments. After checking we found that we had one wrong sandwich. Not going to be going back to this location. Better offsticking to a different fast food joint.
