Gen Korean Bbq House - Oxnard

The food was ok. Service was ok but they are rushing you the whole time there. I asked for a coke and they must have forgot because they didn’t bring it until I asked again almost at the end of the meal. They really do rush their guests out and that sucks .

Food was sub-standard; tables, counters, and chairs were badly worn and unclean. The place was loud and obnoxious.My girlfriend joined me, but didn't eat. She only wanted to keep me company.Then came the bill...They charged me for two?!!!More than $71.00?!!!When we called the owner over she very rudely told us there was a sign at the front desk saying all people seated will ne charged.This was interesting because of the way they escorted you in, you had no way of seeing the sign.Then comes the kicker....They won't let you take any food you don't eat home!!!And, to top it off, they charge you for all the food you didn't eat while seated!!!Now I'm home with horrible diarrhoea.When my girlfriend walked past the kitchen she saw it was scarily unclean.Be forewarned. This place is disgusting on all levels.

If you love K BBQ and love being rushed to get out so the next group of patrons can take your table you have found the place!Things to note before stepping in here:1 your entire party will need to be with your group. You will not be seated even if someone in your party is using their restroom.2 you have about 45 60 mins to scarf your meal before they shut your grill off.3 staff takes there time to come by to take your next order. So we found ourselves waiting to place our order quit a bit.4 the meats are well seasoned.Over all dining experience solid 2.

Very nice restaurant, well kept and clean. Service was absolutely amazing, greater as soon as we walked in and wait wasn’t long at all. As we ordered they checked in on us periodically so we could get more meats, sides and drinks. I highly recommend the adult juice box’s if your 21 and older. The experience was fun and entertaining being able to cook your own food. Will be back soon!
