Kabuki Japanese - Oxnard

I've never gotten a bad order from kabuki's they pack everything perfectly and it's alway amazing and fresh!

Kabuki is a reliable place. Production quality and consistency means that they offer good service and good food every time. I would not describe the quality as that of a tiny special sushi house, but still good, and with more menu options for those in your party who have a little squealing on the concept of raw. One of our long-term date nightspots and always a good ambience.

Had to ask to have the counter wiped down. Floor was dirty. Had to ask for Wasabi and ginger when we ordered sashimi. Drinks didn't look like the photo, when I questioned the waitress she said they were missing an ingredient. I feel she should have told me this before bringing my drink.

My family and I went on a Saturday evening, and there was a wait but it was only about a 10 minute wait before we were seated. We were seated at the booths on the left and every time the door to the outside seating closed, the whole side window would shake. Other than that, we had a good experience here. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and a Large Roll. The ramen was really good, but I probably wouldn't order the Large Roll again with it. I wasn't able to eat it all! I think next time I'll try a specialty roll on its own.

Good tasty food, I highly recomend lemonade with raspberry drink, exelent drink, also if you are in the mule drinks take a sip at theirs, very tasty as well. The only reason I did t give the 5 stars is because of the slow service, took some time for the waitress to take the order and deliver the food and slow to attend, not only us but other customers as well. But the drinks and good food is woth the time.
