Jersey Mike's Subs - Oxon Hill

Tonight, I visited this restaurant to grab a sandwich and requested a veggie sandwich since I don’t eat meat. The staff member was preparing someone else's sandwich before mine and asked me what I wanted. Unfortunately, I later noticed that he started cutting my cheese on the same machine without cleaning it after handling the previous customer's turkey and ham sandwich. I felt uncomfortable, as it seemed like a hassle for him to wipe the machine down before preparing my order. As a result, I couldn’t risk having turkey and ham on my cheese and ended up giving the sandwich away. I really wish the employees were more considerate of customers who choose a meatless lifestyle.

The staff and manager on the closing shift of New Year's Eve were professional and patient, even as more customers continued to arrive close to closing time. The manager maintained her composure, and the team mirrored her attitude. I truly appreciate that, as I had a craving for a deli sandwich, and this was the nearest spot. I also had a great digestive experience that evening, thanks to the fresh veggies and vinegars on my sub. I will definitely return to this location!

I ordered a sandwich for pickup through the app and arrived at the scheduled time. However, I still had to wait 45 minutes to receive a cold cut sandwich. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant was empty.

Chicken portabello (sub or bowl) YUMMY ??Parking: There's parking but this is a small shopping center with a lot of shops crammed together. It's still worth the trip for takeout or, what I used curbside pickup!
