One time part of the order was missing. They were proactive in responding to my complaint and refunded the missing item. Good to know that on the rare occasion something goes wrong they are keen to put things right. We had a beautifully cooked lunch . The batter was so light with no stodgy under cooked batter . The service was very good very friendly. The restaurant was clean. All in all very satisfied and would recommend eating there .
