Taco Bell - Ozark

I stopped at the truck stop next door and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. However, I noticed a sign indicating that the lobby was closed for potential customers. I approached the drive-thru window to place my order, as I saw another truck driver do the same before me. I also pointed out a typo on the sign to the employee. The staff member who took my order was very friendly and pleasant.

I hadn't visited this place until today, and I'm sorry to say that the food always tastes artificial and chemical-like. It was really disappointing, and I won't be returning.

I'm not really a fan of the new decor. It feels more like a KFC than a Taco Bell, which makes it look cheap. Also, I had to wait over 20 minutes for a chalupa.

There is no excuse that any employee couldn’t see that this was burnt before packaging it. Pure laziness. Do better.
