On the downside: one of the air hockey tables was broken for the entire week. The bowling alley needs to be refurbished—it has frequent issues. The pool is very small; it's more suitable for lounging than swimming. But I knew what to expect from the photos, so I didn't feel disappointed. The sports area looks worn and could use an update. The prices could be lower, and it would be great to have a light breakfast option at 7:00 AM for those climbing the peaks, as we couldn't make it back in time for lunch. Overall, during the week, I managed to climb all the main peaks with my three children, aged 7 and 17.

Everything was great! The medical staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good, although I would have liked to see more seasonal fruits. The only downside was that there was only one coffee machine working. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Были в ноябре 2024,еда вкусная,приветливый персонал,единственный хороший ресторан во всем городе. Не смотря на савдэповский стиль тут он почти везде такой было очень уютно. Долма,хачапури собственного рецепта закуски, все было вкусно

Наш любимый ресторан. Когда бываем в Железноводске, едим только здесь. Особенно вкусные янтарная уха с растегаем и чанахи. Очень приятная атмосфера и вежливое профессиональное обслуживание.
