Írjon visszajelzéstPasta is really tasty. Dessert and Prosecco also. I really love this place. Prices are very good and you can try true Italian dishes. A one thing that I don't recommend is red wine.
This trattoria must have existed for quite a few years..and looking pretty much the same. So decor is dated, but the food is really local and typical of this region. My roasted meat (poultry) was very tasty, so were the vegetables and the mandatory grilled polenta. The light red wine of the house was nothing special. The Cake with meringue and chocolate was to die for; enjoyed the barley coffee too. All this for less than 20€ per person.
We went on a sunday lunch the four of us, my Italian friends and I , they all knew this restaurant and it is a firm favourite of theirs. Plenty of families with behaved kiddies at tables , a few birthday parities. Lots of large groups and we all sat in a nice leaved canopy setting outside in the lovely spring weather. The pace was frantic and the staff handled it well. Its not a flash place no fancy service or smart dressed waiters all in matching uniforms here , no , its dress as you will as comfy as you like , much like the clientele in fact. There is no time for mucking around when the waiter comes to take your order , there are no menus here , he reels the menu off quickly so you better be paying attention and familiar with Italian staples or you might miss out. Its not a tourist place , so don't come if you want things explained in English . We all had a starter of pasta with varying sauces , i had tortelini with burro and salvia, one had a lasagne , only here its called pasticcio , it was with radiccio , the fettucine came with either a mushroom sauce or a tomato sauce. For the main we had two veal steaks , I had the bolitto misto and the part time vegetarian had a plate of veggies. We washed it down with a half liter of excellent prosecco and a couple of bottles of water. For dessert we had an apple tart , a tartuffo ice-cream and a tiramisu cut in half for two. And four coffees. The bill was 75 euros. The price for the quality of food and experience was good , the service was excellent in spite of the dining area crew being very busy. They were professional and did their job well , Its the kind of place you can see the waiters carrying ten plates up one arm i exaggerate a little) Its a no frills kind of place, the food is reliable , unpretentious and its friendly . Its the kind of place you could take unruly children to and no one will mind . Dress up dress down , come as you please ,no one will care. Its a comfortable neighbourhood Trattoria thats been there for a hundred years or more. I like this restaurant and I will return to try it again.
Trattoria per un pranzo di lavoro perfetta, non si mangia male e si fa'in fretta
Osteria ferma a anni fa, piatti tipici veneti, quindi uno di quei posti dove ti rievocano i pranzi in famiglia..
