Happy's Chili Parlor - Paducah

I ordered the rib tips, which were tender, smoky, and delightfully spicy; the BBQ sauce was simply delicious. There were so many tips that I could have easily had a second helping! The greens were perfectly seasoned and not overly salty like at many other places. And let's talk about the Happy Burger—wow! It was made with a homemade patty that was juicy and packed with flavor. It was so generous in size that the meat was practically overflowing from the bun. What more can I say? The fries were crinkle-cut with a nice seasoning that I absolutely loved, and the chili? It was hands down the best chili I've had in a long time. I appreciated the texture—no massive chunks of meat, just a well-balanced flavor that was simply delicious. I'll definitely be back!

The brisket and rib tips were absolutely delicious! I had to try the pig sandwich, too. The prices are great and the atmosphere is really cool. This place is definitely a hidden gem. You have to check it out!

The chicken rib tips are fantastic! The barbecue is consistently delicious. The service is friendly, and I particularly appreciate how attentive they are to my orders. They always make sure I have everything I need, including extra sauce! I really love this place!
