Mcalister's Deli - Paducah

First time here and love it. The staff is super nice and the food is amazing.

This restaurant is conveniently located to the Interstate. Food was fresh and yummy. I ate the Southwest Chicken Avocado salad. It was huge! Lots of other options if you’re not a salad eater. Restaurant was clean, including restrooms.

Had good food for a late lunch today. Our party of three was very happy with our visit today. Like many places these days, they are short staffed, but the staff that were there did a great job!

UPDATE The manager on staff did end up refunding our meal cost and did the best she could to make up for the less than desirable customer service given this day. As a fellow business owner I know its unfortunate we have to deal with less than desired outcomes to bad employees from time to time. I appreciate the effort to make up for the experience in the only way possible given the circumstances. Good luck in the future, I feel your pain with the current work force environment, its not easy. 1 star for the sweet tea which technically they messed that up as well. Never got my full order, my wife’s order was not fresh at all. It’s shame we like stopping here every time we come thru Kentucky, not again.

Everytime I eat here Cody is at the front counter and has the absolute best customer service of anyone I've met in the food industry. When my order has gotten messed up, he handles it very well. We need more Cody's in the food industry.
