Mcdonald's - Paducah

The Lord who took my order was excellent. I've never had such a big service from a McDonald's anywhere!

An employee found my cell phone and put it up for me and we gone to eat there earlier we had amazing customer service and the food was fresh and tasty.Thank you again guys!!!

Good place for French Fries and Baked Apple Pies. The Quarter Pounder is a good entree of choice.

Used the mobile app went through the drive through (thought it would be quicker) and still had me pull up bc they just received my order. Like my kids always say some fast food places should be called slow food lol

Waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru for my order, yes they were busy but other people were not getting their orders either. Ended up having to go inside to get my order and it was pure chaos in there, the employees as there were no customers inside. Was very disappointed but atleast the food was hot fresh and yummy when I finally got it! The cashier refunded my money without me asking which was extremely nice.
