In Villa - PAESE

I'm not going back. I ask for an espresso and I'm denied because after 10:00 they don't do coffee service and that the club is just a cocktail bar... the nice is that it was 21:51 and therefore on time... (besides the fact that it was not written in the list this rule. Don’t stand, I tell the waiter I don’t take anything and I’m told that I have to take a drink otherwise I can’t stay out there; so I had to take a drink I didn’t want (which obviously remained there because not even a glass of tap water was possible. Then I ask myself: what is the point of writing “caffetteria” if you can’t even have what you asked?! And I'm seeing locals, but this was new to me. It is not that everyone, considering also the “hot” that is now, wants ice-cold drinks outdoors.

I chose INVILLA to celebrate my 51 years with my best friends. They treated us very well with great professionalism. The location is sophisticated and relaxing. A very successful party, I received many compliments from my guests. Thanks in particular to Michele who has given himself a lot to do to realize my desire for a super party. I'm very pleased to have chosen them.

Beautiful and well-kept environment, sin there is no attention to the customer, we passed a Sunday evening at 22.00, outdoor tables all empty except two occupied by 2 couples. We asked to sit on the tables in the garden, very romantic settings, we were answered that being only in 2 held the free tables in case more numerous groups arrived (there will be at least one 40in free). The tables were 4, they had no reservations and there were plenty of free, plus 2 were already occupied by 2 other couples (just like us). In the end they made us sit on 2 very uncomfortable stools with a barrel as a coffee table, we drank quickly because they were really uncomfortable. Of course, there are no other customers, but they certainly lost 2 because we will never come back. We need to treat our customers well, not make them feel uncomfortable for hypothetical others who do not even know if they come. The drinks were nothing exceptional.

Very nice and welcoming location,personal a little less. I strongly recommend ordering a spritz carafe (25€ that is enough to fill barely 4 glasses that I took individually would cost 3.5€. If mathematics is not an opinion it was a beautiful and good scam especially if caraffe or order more than one thinking to save as it is usually doing in all other premises. The price of the carafe is not present in the list unlike all the others... my naivety?

Really bad. Horrible experience. Owner cafone, very simple questions answered rudely. Once we reach the table we find worn and dirty sheets under the ashtray, we kindly ask for a menu and they responded rudely, of course, that the menu was nothing but those disposable sheets because of covid-19, when in reality wonder from what they were there. I give you a suggestion: if you plasticize them you can clean them without printing paper by letting it pass by using and throwing, which you do not. Once asked to order, half of their apericena dishes did not do there, of course communicated very rudely also this. The ordered ones cost a sproposito and were not even so sophisticated, nothing that justified such expenditure, neither quality nor quantity. The only positive note was the waiters, very welcoming. The owner and the waiter, on the other hand, I think they need to study some food rudiments, and not only before opening a place. A real sin the bad service, spoils all the beauty of the place that would really deserve something better. Totally useless to drink or magic in a place like this: consuming little, you pay so much and you are treated as mer*a.
