Bojangles - Pageland

The franchise owner of this Bojangles should do themselves a favor shut it down. The so called Manager on duty, Renee Louallen, couldn't even respond or any other employee to my aid Mrs. Maria Moore Watson as to acknowledging her asking if Mr. Aaron Horne's order is ready. According to the online app, the order was ready for pickup on 10/3/23 at 7:48 pm, however that was not the case. According to Mrs. Louallen, they don't handle online orders, which apparently isn't true, then upon finally getting a response, which took me having to call, the Cajun rice needed to be cooked. This Bojangles is a joke!! Thank You Mrs Louallen for laying the phone down then after several minutes hanging up, I really hope someone does to you what you did to me Mrs. Watson. Total DISRESPECT, NEVER, EVER AGAIN, WILL I SPEND A DOLLAR AT BOJANGLES OF PAGELAND!!

The food earned a solid 4 out of 5. I particularly loved the French Fries and the Chicken Supreme, both of which I highly recommend. The service was also commendable, matching the food with a 4 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and pleasant, making it a nice spot for a meal. Overall, a great dining experience for a reasonable price!
