This place used to be great but the customer service seems to be going down hill. Just like other reviewers have noted, the grey haired lady that runs the retail part is kind of rude. Very sarcastic and made some of the nicest people I know very uncomfortable. I dont think we will be returning as I can buy caramels anywhere. We were looking for the experience and got none. Did not even offer any samples even though we spent a lot of money there. I guess they are penny pinchingnow.

We enjoyed a Chocolate Experience at Wyndham Resort with Janelle. It was so much fun delicious we had to visit the store for goodies. You will not be disappointed. ????????
