Pizza Hut - Pahoa

Great tasting great value quick friendly service excellent rewards program.

We ordered our pizza so long ago.We rarely order delivery due to 1-2 hour waits for the food from everywhere.But our car broke today....This location really failed to get a Warm Pizza to a location that is a 5 min drive at most from the pizza oven. Bummer.

Driving here through a flash flood warning was worth it. This was the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited across the US and Canada. Service was great and the pizza was piping hot with the perfect mix of sauce and toppings. This should be the standard for all Pizza Hut locations.

This place is incredibly disorganized; nobody seems to know what's happening. The staff member kept repeating that there was no order placed for me. The overhead screen wasn’t functioning either. Eventually, I pointed out that I could see my order in the warmer (even though I really couldn’t), and when she finally checked, there it was. She then blamed the system, claiming it only displayed part of my name. Perhaps looking for orders instead of solely relying on a computer screen should be included in their training.

They won't deliver to my home, but they'll deliver just four streets away.
