Chipotle Mexican Grill - Painesville

This is the best location! I would rather go out of my way to eat here than choose a closer option. The convenience of ordering through the app and picking up at the Chipotlane is fantastic. Unlike other nearby locations, the staff here are always friendly, the bowls and burritos are generously filled, and my orders are consistently accurate.

The next morning, we checked out of our hotel and headed closer to our destination, Niagara Falls. On the way, we stopped at Chipotle, which is my go-to spot for food. Their fast and efficient service, along with their fresh ingredients, truly stands out. I opted for a vegetarian salad bowl without cheese, and it was, as always, delicious. The fresh greens, warm rice, beans, and sweet corn paired with a side of guacamole are simply unbeatable. The restaurant was quiet, and everything was clean, including the restrooms. #RoadTrip #ToNiagara

The food was generally fresh. The restaurant itself was acceptable, but it could use a good cleaning. We had to wipe down our table because it was messy from the previous guests. The staff at the counter seemed busy during our visit, as there was a constant line at the front door, but that shouldn't mean customers should have to clean the tables themselves.

The area where the food was being served was very unsanitary! A plastic lid fell into one of the food containers, and the server just picked it out, set it aside, and continued to serve food from there. It might be a good idea for the health department to conduct a surprise inspection.
