Mr. Hero - Painesville

I had the potato wafers and the Roman burger, and they were both delicious!

The restaurant is ideal for a fast dining experience. The food is delicious, and the customer service is excellent.

I hadn't visited this specific Mr. Hero in years, so I decided to stop by during my dinner break. The food was good, and the restaurant was very clean. The only issue I encountered was with the man taking my order; it was difficult to understand him as his English wasn't very clear. It took about five minutes for him to get my order right.

The food is always good however the customer service and atmosphere isn't always so welcoming at this location hopefully they hire people with better customer service skills so the atmosphere will be welcoming
