Írjon visszajelzéstVery nice service. Good food. We were staying at a hotel near the area and wanted something inexpensive. One daughter got a Chicken Pesto sub. One got a turkey guac wrap. I got the steak and cheese wrap. We ordered online. Pickup was fast and easy. The order was correct. We were all satisfied with our choices.
Old bread. Was too hard to eat. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I won't be going back
I ordered a wrap online and not only was it not made correctly even when i made sure to add all specifications it was the smallest wrap i've EVER had made. It wouldn't be enough food for my 6 year old.My co-workers order was made wrong also.i will never go back to this subway.
This used to be one of the best Subways around, I don’t know if they got new ownership or what but they have really gone downhill. The drink machine is constantly broken or out (no sign, so you don’t know til after you’ve paid), and the sandwiches are made incorrectly at least half the time. Sadly, I have stopped going here and now go to another one. Hopefully, they improve, but until they do, I’m done.
My wife and I stopped here during a trip we were on and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They did not restock the soda machine and they were out of several items.I asked for one of the sandwiches that had a list of included ingredients that went on the sandwich. That means that there are a predetermined set of ingredients that they are supposed to put on the sandwich. It was a number 12, if I remember correctly, and the guys still sat there with with The bread couldn't have and asked me what I wanted on the sandwich. I told him I wanted a number 12, and and I had to read the list of ingredients to him because he did not know what a number 12 was or any concept of how the number of sandwiches were.I do not blame the staff, but I contribute it to poor employee training. One thing I cannot stand in any eating establishment that I go to is the staff telling me why things aren't up to company standards. I am a customer, those are not my problems. It was poorly ran, and they were out of Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, diet Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, and the Limon-Lime soda. I got the diet Limon-Lime soda, and tge costumers received a speech on how they were out of things because they did not order them.They were under staffed for around lunch, and the two staff members working that day had communication difficulties that made thing a little more complicated, and that is management not helping their staff. I felt bad for them.Most Subways that I go to are great, and I will go to others, but that one is off the list for now. They made my wife feel awkward, and that is unacceptable.
