Today we were family at the Baptist farm. The place is wonderful, a spectacular view. All in all, the service was fine, but there's something to improve, a waitress didn't even know what the celiac was. Decent lunch but from reviews I expected much more, the cutter was good, risotto did not taste and the cut taken by four people at the table was not great. The thing that alibitated me is that when I went to see the animals I was shocked to see in a cage that will be 70-80 cm long for 30 of width five rabbits, I wonder how they can move, this I consider it an intensive farm to be an agriturismo (and I have worked for years in an agriturismo) I don't find it right for those poor beasts, at least let them live decently since they will eventually be served in a dish. We come to food: ordered a coast from 1.5kg. soft meat, succulent, prepared by real number 1! The account: ridiculous compared to quality and quantity. You can see how this is going to happen. _
