Curo - PALERMO

Discovered by chance at dinner during the palermo stay, I must say it was not a wrong choice. pizza with high edge, good pasta and loaded with excellent quality ingredients. the only problem when you put so much filling is that in the center form very liquid and during the degotation the base is moistened very much with a feeling of pecorine. I don't know if this is due to the kind of mozzarella. problem that does not turn towards the edges. Still good pizza.

As from object, the pizza is really gouty, the pasta is well-leavened and so as to ensure maximum digestibility, the fit is abundant. the same said of the mixed fried, absolutely not greased with oil and pleasant to go. the service is waxy and attentive, the price I consider absolutely in the norm.

We arrived at the restaurant shortly before the closing time and informed us if we could take a pizza. we were immediately greeted and invited to the protection before the rain. the pizzaiolo immediately went to work and made us a delicious calabrese pizza. The fact that some remaining customers and employees are waiting for our order to be finished, supplemented by the friendly atmosphere. the pizza bag was delicious after a night. would recommend this place to eat or take it out! grazi mille!

Came here as late in palermo and that was just around the corner of our apartment. it wasn't disappointed. excellent service and good food.
