Supra I Mura - PALERMO

Very rude and unfriendly staff (in particular the waitress with the blonde ponytail). No smile, rushed us to finish and tried multiple times to take away the mussels plate from our table even though we had not yet finished. Overall also relatively expensive for food that is average and a clearly unwelcoming attitude toward “foreigners”. Avoid at all costs.

This was by far the worst experience during my stay in Palermo. The food was average, nothing crazy. Prices are on the medium high end. But the worst thing has got to be the service, one waitress in particular was extremely rude, absolutely zero manners. It made me feel as if I was getting my meal for free, and even got visibly irritated when they tried to take my plate and I said I was still not done eating. To be honest, a couple of the waiters were professional. Bottom line, I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Delicious home style Parlemitano food!!! Very family oriented and the servers made you feel like family. Food, wine and service five star.

Did not get the order right and when they did the food was awful. I couldn't eat the spaghetti bolognaise it was salty and tastless. The only good thing was the bread.

Food was ok, but the bill was surprisingly high. I demanded the menu afterwards to find out they increased the price for me. I called them out, they apologized and gave some money back. Definitely not gonna eat here again.
