Cotton Patch Cafe - Palestine

Waiter was courteous however it took almost 40 minutes to get food. When it came out it was cold, not even room temperature. My side was delayed as they were making it fresh. After we sent the food back, it was another 20 minutes. They put my side on the plate and again it was cold, refrigerator cold. It tasted like they had scooped out of the fridge. Was one of the worst meals in a while. This is my last try with this Cotten Patch. They really need to improve their cook staff.

It was honestly very bad. I usually don't make bad reviews but going here was so bad. Us and another table had the same experience. Our hostess looked like she was exhausted, she was also doing tables. We had maybe 3 different waitresses, got a round of drinks, got our orders in and about 1 hour later we got our food. They literally took my chicken and dumplings back because there was a layer of hardened gravy on it; I didn't get it immediately even though they had it, I think they just mixed it up and gave it back to me. I also didn't get my sides. Another person in my party ordered a medium steak with mashed potatoes and the steak was hard, dry, and fully cooked and the mashed potatoes with a white gravy was hard and the gravy had solidified (like the dumplings, they probably were sitting out). We were honestly worried about eating it and after hearing the other table complain about their food we talked to the manager and they took care of it and we left. Then a bunch of people at the front door said thanks and come back, but I had no clue who they were. Customers? Owners? It was just a bad experience. I really don't recommend it.

Nothing to update about this place .. ........ We drove by thinking of going it another chance and heard people say don't go. It was bad tonight

Love this restaurant the prices are ripe food is delicious waitresses are very attentive. They let keep your glass. Fill the whole time you there.

Not Even 1 stars bad service we were waiting to see if anybody was going to at least get ours drink but no.waitress eating and not even working. I saw a customer getting up and getting his own ketchup.That's ridiculous. So we decided to leave. Never coming back.
