Kfc - Palestine

The restaurant prepared my original recipe chicken fresh, but it was quite greasy. Nonetheless, it was a significant improvement from my last visit, where they outright refused to make the original recipe for my order and even suggested I go to Chick-fil-A instead! I was in shock! If that employee had worked for me, I would have advised her to apply for a job there. Clearly, there is a need for better supervision and management at this establishment.

The woman at the drive-thru was very courteous and informed us that it would take a few minutes to prepare fresh popcorn chicken, asking if that was alright. We ordered two bowls and when we got to the window, she surprised us by telling us they found a voucher, meaning we only had to pay for one bowl! That was a pleasant surprise! The food was fresh, the portion sizes were generous, and it tasted fantastic! We will definitely be returning.

Later, I went to a KFC in Tyler, where I paid $12 for the same meal. The food was hot and tasty, but the price was higher. Then, I tried the Longview location, which also charged $12, and the food was disappointing—nothing tasted good. Great job, Palestine! I will definitely return every time I work in the area.
