Rump's Bbq - Palestine

What a great place! He lived in Palestine for 15 years and didn't even know it was there. Saw rated Happenings in Palestine and went there last night. OMG. My half group has the steak and said it was the best they had in town. I had the turkey, Okra and corn-casrole, all delicious!!! The desserts (chocolate cake, peach kicker and peach cake). Also our waitress Donna was so nice! Tell us everything about how the owner (who we have met) cooks the meat and makes his wife the desserts. Both know their things!!! Go back to taste their other dishes and highly recommended.

Amazing food and desserts!!!!! The owners are the sweetest people. The place is very clean and very nice!!!!! Bathrooms are always clean and smell good. The only BBQ place I will eat.

Awsome BBQ. Best I ever had. Friendly atmosphere. Waitresses are amazing best around. You won't be disappointed!

Whole family loves it! We stop in whenever we are in the area. Have to be careful posting pics because Mama will demand pie when we get home! Ha! So glad they pack 'em all ready to walk out the Door. We 've had everything on the menu and never been disappointed.

Best food and best people around.... Love the salmon, sauteed spinach and all those great desserts
