Whataburger - Palestine

The service, food, and atmosphere are great, but only the food was really at a 5. I will definitely say this Whataburger is in my top 5 list that I have been to, and a model store. The foodwas really fresh, and really fast for a Whataburger. I had thetraditional 1 with added jalapeño and avocado. We had a group of 12+, and everybody enjoyed the quick, accurate, deliciousfood.

My wife and I are from Arizona. We ate here at 6:30 pm. Very clean. Lot's of room and the service was way above and beyond expectations. But, most importantly, the food was fantastic

Update (November 2022): The food remains excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The Sausage Biscuit is a solid choice, and don’t miss out on the cinnamon rolls—they're incredibly tasty. I had the Breakfast Bowl today, swapping bacon for sausage. It was enjoyable, though it felt a bit heavy. Overall, the staff here are consistently welcoming.

The service was incredibly disappointing. There was only one person at the counter, while 15 staff members were working in the back. This was on a Friday night after a high school football game, so it was particularly busy. The sweet tea was missing sugar, and the milkshakes weren't properly blended. They also forgot part of our order, and by the time it arrived, the chili cheese fries were cold and greasy. I spent $48 for a terrible experience and won’t be returning.

After visiting multiple times without mentioning anything, I feel compelled to speak up. Today, my french fries were cold, and my burger was poorly made. Each visit seems to bring a decline in food quality. I'm paying too much for messy dishes and cold fries!
