Anna's Pizza - Palm City

Came in excited about trying a new pizza place! Reviews look good. Ordered two pizzas to go. Was supposed to take about 30 minutes which was fine I waited in the lobby. Another person came in and ordered a pizza. During that time one of the staff went home for the day. She was the one that had taken our order. there were two more in the kitchen. I saw a pizzas coming out of the oven and figured it was ours but they only called him and the others they put up on top of the pizza oven. Since they had called him I was waiting for them to call us as we were the only people in the restaurant. 15 minutes later other people are coming in and I ask the lady if my pizzas are coming out soon. Turns out they didn't call me and my pizzas were sitting there for 15 minutes cold on the top of the pizza oven if I hatten said anything I probably would still be sitting there. very unprofessional as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Was very pissed. With all that being said the pizza is good. Just make sure you keep up with your own orders and don't expect the staff to keep up with them.

We've been ordering pizza every Friday for many years, but yesterday the crust was disappointing. It had no flavor and was as tough as cardboard. I'm not sure if there are new owners, but the pizza tasted more like it came from a freezer than freshly hand-tossed. We'll give it another try next Friday, hoping it was just a fluke. I'll update with how it goes!

The pizza tasted fresh, and I appreciated that they showed me the food before I left to pick it up—it was a nice touch!

The staff here are truly wonderful, creating a warm family atmosphere. While it primarily focuses on takeout, there are a few tables available for dining in. I ordered the "stuffed knot," my wife enjoyed a slice with spinach and mushrooms, and our kids shared a cheese slice. We ended up completely full after just those three slices! The food is fantastic, and we can't wait to return to sample more of the menu. Just a heads up: it's cash only.

The pizza here is outstanding, and the crust is the best I've ever tasted. Everything is made from scratch.
