Outback Steakhouse Palm Coast

Watch out! the guide in our local outback reacted with a gift card so I can get a new salat! I am very impressed by this customer service that this organization actually takes care of its customers. Thank you! this outback is quite good in the regular, but last night I ordered a cobb salad. it consisted of salat, a little cheese and a separate container made of huhn. no ice, no speck. terrible! I would have sent it back if we hadn't taken it out. I would recommend avoiding the salads.

We went to dinner with family on Saturday 10/1/22 and the place was packed with a 45 minute wait. We found seats at the bar and had a drink while we waited for our table to be ready. If you have not visited the bar at this location, I would recommend it Mikey the bartender has been working here since the place opened and he is great. He is quick with a joke or to fill up your big bloke but I know with the Hurricane that hit us there was someplace that he'd rather be!!!! Our table was ready and we sat at a booth in the bar area and had Jason as our server. This guy was outstanding, he was funny personable and interacted with us and made the experience great. We tried the mac and cheese bites with ranch dressing and they were delicious. I never had them but he recommended them so we tried them and I will say great recommendation Jason!! My brother in law and I had the bone in rib-eye which was seasoned and cooked to perfection on the open flame grill. My sister in law had a cheeseburger with fries and my wife had a filet and baked potato. All of which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I have been a huge fan of this location over the years and since the new managing partner Kris took over a couple years ago it has been the best that I have seen in many years. Wendy who is normally a server was assisting as a manager at the front of the house and it was great to see her. She is always pleasant, accommodating and makes us feel welcomed. Thank you Wendy!! All the staff was great from the minute we walked in the door until we left, thanks Outback for an outstanding dining experience. We can't wait to visit again!!

Our server Ben M was polite helpful and top of his game with customer service. The steak lobster was tasty cooked to perfection. Would not recommend the butter cake though as it was too hard, not what we expected. Also the Heroes discount was much appreciated. We will be back Mates! Ben was Excellent

I went to this outback in a Friday night. No wait. They have drink runners, food runners and your wait staff. It was fast and efficient and should be a model for their whole company or better yet all restaurants! Very impressed. Thanks for the great service Jason and Chris I think we’re your names!

Palm Coast 's Outback hosted a Holiday Party for our club for the second year in a row did a fantastic job. We probably had 50 or so attendees and the waitstaff was terrific very patient while we spent 3+ hours not only having lunch, but playing bingo, judging the tables for Best Decorated Table and waiting for our *very* long gift exchange. It was wildly successful and I hope we 'll make it a yearly event and keep it at the Outback!
