Il Corso Palm Desert

One of my favorite spots in Palm Desert. this restaurant is a dining room experience, great to the terrace for a casual dinner or increase it inside. the service is really incredible and the food is even better. they offered the Calamari three different possibilities. amazing experience, would also like to try their pizza take next time!

We sat at the bar and had a great experience without waiting. The bar offers are festive and funny, we loved Caesar. Food is good and super fast. The house wine (Pinot noir) I thought was great for the price. I had the Risotto and would recommend.

Il Corso promises to be an exceptional dining experience within the El Paseo collection. The ambiance and setting are superb, and the food is a cut above what you typically find in the desert. While the menu has been curated over the years, it features a unique selection of dishes. Instead of the usual spaghetti and meatballs, you'll find regional Italian options focusing on meat, seafood, and pasta—an elevated take on Italian cuisine. Although the wine list could use some improvement, it does offer a good variety of Italian choices. Overall, it's a fantastic destination for a special evening or celebration.

We have been visiting this restaurant for years, and the food and decor are fantastic. The staff is always attentive and professional. However, I can’t give it a 5-star rating this time because we dined there last night, and the very loud music in the dining room made it difficult to have a conversation. Additionally, since this is an Italian restaurant, it felt out of place to hear Spanish music playing. To make matters worse, there seemed to be a music program that included commercials at certain intervals, which was distracting. This really detracted from the previously pleasant dining atmosphere and overall experience.

The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. The pork osso buco was absolutely the best.
