Carl's Jr. - Palm Springs

There has been a significant improvement over the past few years. The food is fresh and delicious. Plus, the burgers are topped with a tasty, crunchy salad! Don't forget to look out for coupons in the mail!

I initially rated this place a 3, but I've found myself returning more often lately. At first, it was simply because I had moved back to the area, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the improvements. I’m not sure if there are new owners or management, but the place is definitely better than before. The food comes out quickly and is served hot. There's one staff member in particular who stands out; every time I've interacted with her, she's been polite, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a few questions about the items, and she provided all the answers without any attitude. I just have to give a special shoutout to Juuuulissaaaaa!!! You are amazing! I gave an extra star just for her exceptional customer service. Plus, the new Golddigger burgers are a significant upgrade! Goodbye to the overly fried chicken sandwich!

Best burger!! Very good, fresh cooked. But only open for drive thru. Lineups with motor running. Not good for our planet . No no idle law in California?

The cashier at the window had a poor attitude! The meat tasted stale. I ended up not finishing my meal and just threw it away. I really love Carl's Jr, so it was disappointing for me… lol.
