The wine selection is outstanding, and the small plates are absolutely delicious!

Everything was excellent! The dishes were fantastic, creative, and expertly prepared. I absolutely love the decor of the Parker Hotel!

The experience was great, although my previous visits were even better. The service felt a bit unprofessional this time. Dishes were cleared away too quickly, and the timing was completely off. We had to ask the servers to slow down so we could savor each course. Their explanation for the rushed service didn’t really make sense. A simple acknowledgment of our desire to enjoy our meal at a more relaxed pace would have sufficed. The two women working behind the bar who were sending out the food could benefit from some additional training. Despite this visit, I would still return because we’ve had wonderful experiences in the past. It may just have been an off night.

Amazing dinner. The food was great, wine was exceptional and the service was some of the best I’ve had. Would definitely return every time I’m in Palm Springs.

Wonderful wine selection, staff, and ambience. The food was devine, we had the salmon and tuna dish. Lovely.
