Maracas Mexican Cantina Grill

At this point twice for chips and drinks, had a wonderful experience with service and a personable staff interact with us. The margaritas we had are very tasty. The guacamole and chips were amazingly expensive, as much as a big margarita so there was a little sticker shock there but we got the bill. Both times we were here, we sat at the tables along the street, which was very nice and relaxing to observe the activity on the stripe. However, most of the seats have no sisters and the seats that look as if it were ineffective. This is quite a contrast to some restaurants that have generous sisters to keep customers comfortable in the often backing desert heat.

The second time here wasn't just drinking. Got the shrimp Enchilada plate and it was delicious. The beans and rice were 4 out of 5 and the enchiladas a 5. The sauce inside was excellent and they did not sneak on the shrimps. Mom has the beef Enchilada plate 5 stars. The man of my mother has the wet Chile Verde Burrito and it was excellent! 5 out of 5. Service and value were good and they have expanded the exterior seats since 2018. (Watch out for additional fees for using a card on the invoice). You have a description of the additional fees that sit on the table marker. My check was $39, they ran my card for $57.07 Free parking was a perk, so I won't complain.

We were both very happy with the food we ordered. I have the shrimps Tacos and my cousin ordered a Burrito. The chips and salsa were the perfect start to eat!!!! Loved the live music and great atmosphere.

Goodness, the food was incredible! The waiter was super friendly and helped us out great. I wasn't feeling like having meat that night so I got the spinach and mushroom enchiladas. No regrets, I miss dish to this day it was so so good.

Maracas is a fun place to eat. The location is fun and has really fun outdoor seating. You’ll enjoy people watching at this busy street side location. The atmosphere is fun and this establishment can be enjoyed by families, friends alike. The food, mediocre at best. While the menu offers some fairly good selections, the food when executed misses the mark when it comes to flavor. Top thy with mediocre customer service and it doesn’t leave a lasting memory worth mentioned or repeating. If you are craving Mexican food, there are better places to enjoy just down the street. If you are going for drinks, should be fun!
