Pete's Hideaway - Palm Springs

A few days ago we tried the clam chowder soup and it was superb with lots of clams. Like the Italian spaghetti made with Wendy’s home made sauce that was also excellent. The most important thing is the service which was outstanding. Wendy and Pete the owners are very friendly and attentive. They made sure you would feel comfortable and appreciated as patrons. It has a bar The place and its throwback atmosphere made it a great place to have your meals and entertainment. We will come back. Highly recommend if you happen to visit Palm Springs.

Quite the hideaway! Good bar room upfront. Wendy is a good hostess (and owner). Drinks and food are well prepared and reasonably priced. Pete also came around and made sure everyone was doing well. Now, the theater in the back with it's drag queen show was totally raucous!! Lots of audience participation!! Loved it thoroughly!!!

I thought this was a great little place. Seems like a local go to bar and grill. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Had a very entertaining server Tony from New York; had a few good laughs. Good service, amazingly really good food for a little bar. The homemade chips were bomb. Drinks are poured right on! Thanks! I only dropped one star in rating due to smell of cigarette smoke that wafted in from outdoors. Highly recommend the charbroiled chicken quesadilla, the Chinese chicken salad, and Patty melt.

We were treated to an amazing evening of food and music on Wednesday! Thank you Wendy and Pete for a superb night!!! A must experience in Palm Springs!!
