Írjon visszajelzéstI took a day trip to Palm Springs and ended up at the Hyatt, where I discovered a fantastic restaurant called Share. The gourmet nachos were not only huge in portion size but also incredibly tasty! My server, Adam, was not just friendly; he also ensured that my meal was prepared exactly as I asked. Should I give him an extra tip for his great service?
The saying "you have to spend money to make money" seems to elude the management and owners of Hyatt PS and Share Bistro. They appear to be settling for the bare minimum. There's a clear need for investment in creating a memorable and high-quality menu, as well as in training and motivating the staff to enhance the overall dining experience and encourage repeat visits from customers. As the sole dining option within the hotel, they are missing out on potential revenue by not providing a quality meal—breakfast included—to their captive guests, who might seek better dining options elsewhere. It's been years since they’ve had a functioning espresso machine. Sure, there’s a Starbucks down the street, but with some investment in equipment and staff, they could be serving up excellent coffee drinks that would attract both hotel guests and locals.
The food was quite disappointing. It was dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. I cannot recommend this place.
Food was decent, nothing extraordinary. But the service was good.
Good food hear . was tired to lazy to go some where out. The food here was very tasty and healthy! and friendly bar tender too!
