Zoso - Palm Springs

The Zoso, was less than so-so. None of the hotel amenities were open. The restaurant, the hotel bar, the spa, the gift shop, the convenient store...all closed. Their website does not state this. The pool bar was only open a few hours one afternoon during the week. The hotel does not even control that anymore. Our room had a weird smell all week. The swimming pool was hands down the dirtiest hotel pool I have ever seen. Overall, very disappointing stay for the money we paid.On the plus side, the hotel is in the perfect location for accessing everything in downtown Palm Springs. We also appreciated the free hotel shuttle.Nearby activities: The Palm Springs Art Museum, all the restaurants, a nice cinema are all in easy walking distance.Safety: Great location, and very safe neighborhood.Walkability: Great location, very centrally located on the strip. One block over from Palm Springs blvd. Tons of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great spot in a perfect location. I love being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. The rooms were decent, downstairs lobby and bar is nice. I think here you are really paying for a location and for that it is worth it.Rooms: 4/5

Great and very helpful customer service. The pool party was fun. I just wish they had more shade for some of the chairs. The only downside to the stay was that there wasn't any hot water in the room we stayed in.Rooms: 3/5

Kinda janky. Don’t look too closely or you’ll notice the stained towels and carpets. Booked poolside rooms but the reservation was not honored. They did give us a poolside bed to “‘make up for it” but then we were still required to reach the $300 minimum.Rooms: 3/5

Me and my friends decide to go have us some drinks. We went to this pool party in the back of the hotel and it is Fabolous!! On Friday great drink in a super cheap price. And people are so kind and friendly. I definitely like to come back again.Food drinks: I order Shirley Temple and Malibu coke.
