However, when I got to the cashier to make payment, I decided not to pay the 10% service charge. It was then that the cashier, who identified herself as Camile , made a comment that made me very uncomfortable. She said, 'Next time, if you want lunch, you 'll have to order at the counter and pick it up. ' This observation was made due to my refusal to pay the service charge. The lack of preparation of some employees is truly surprising. I don 't think it 's reasonable to be pressured into paying a service charge when the service doesn 't meet our expectations.
