Yum Yum Donuts - Palmdale

The customer service here is the worst in town. They serve iced coffee that is made hot and refuse to address the issue or even try to understand in English. The bread and donuts were stale as well. During the pandemic, the staff wouldn't provide customers with menus, which I found really strange but not unexpected. If you're looking for a better experience, head over to Yummy Donuts about a mile east by the post office. You'll definitely get a better quality there, and you won't be served hot iced coffee, that's for sure!

I stopped by, but unfortunately, there were no donuts available. When the woman at the counter saw me approaching, she turned away as soon as we locked eyes, clearly not wanting to take my order. After I got back in my car, she noticed I hadn't left, yet she still didn’t come to the front. This was quite rude, considering I didn’t even make it inside. Good service is crucial for attracting customers. I was willing to overlook previous reviews, but this experience made it clear that I made the wrong choice in coming here.

The menu doesn't reflect what they actually serve, and I strongly advise against visiting this location. We had to wait a long time for our incorrect order, and the staff prioritized customers who arrived after us because they claimed those customers were in a rush or regulars. This is disrespectful to customers who have been waiting patiently for their orders. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Their donuts are excellent and always fresh. I visit at least once a week, and the staff is consistently friendly.
