Feather Flour - Palmer

It's not often that you discover a hidden gem of a restaurant during your travels that you actually want to return to, but Feather and Flour is one of those places. We stumbled upon it on our way to Glacier View and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. So, we decided to make a stop here again for lunch on our way back. We tried the avocado toast, French toast, nova lox bubble, and parfait, and everything was fantastic.

I had one of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced. The Salmon Lox bubble and squeak was absolutely perfect. The presentation was so artistic that I hesitated to dig in. However, once I took a bite, the flavors were just as impressive as the plating! Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and we all plan to make this a regular stop. The only downside was that the wait for drinks was a bit long. Aside from that, it’s an amazing place!

Absolutely fantastic! You can truly taste the passion and care in every bite. The special bread and spread featured chocolate bread with Oreo cookie butter—so delicious! There isn't a single disappointing dish on the menu. Make sure to make a reservation!

The food is amazing, with a wide variety of vegan options for both the menu and baked goods, although the menu changes with the seasons. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and contemporary. However, it can be on the expensive side! I also like that any cocktail can be made non-alcoholic.

This restaurant offers the best food, atmosphere, and staff in Alaska. The environment is incredibly inviting, and the staff are very friendly. The food is prepared with great care and love, and there's a strong emphasis on selecting quality ingredients. I also appreciate the variety of options available for unique dietary needs. Plus, the homemade coffee syrups are absolutely delicious! I will always recommend this amazing place to my friends and family. It's a must-visit when you're in the area!
