The Butte Burger Place - Palmer

The veggie burgers at this restaurant are delicious and a good size. I live nearby, so I always order mine without cheese or mayo to make it vegan.

Located off the usual path, this hidden gem may be small and lacking in amenities, but it serves up some of the best burgers in Alaska. I'm grateful for the delicious food!

Parking: There is an open gravel lot available. Wheelchair accessibility: The area is flat and you can order from a window.

If you are ever in Butte, AK, stop by this joint and get you a hand-patted burger. They are amazing with a huge variety of choices. They even have a burger called the Freedom Burger. It 's only $66, and if you can eat it, send me proof along with your Venmo, and I 'll buy it for you, LOL. In all seriousness, the Freedom Burger is legendary. They were running a special on the double cheese burger when I was there, and being the connesuir of burgers that I am, it was definitely worth it. The guy that runs the place also has a great personality and is fun to chat with. Hope you enjoy your burger!
