Rumour Has It Cafe - Palmerston North

The food and coffee at Rumour Has It are truly amazing. I tried their pancakes for brunch and they were some of the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this café to others. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I can't speak highly enough of Rumour Has It.

I think this restaurant is either new or under new management and renovation. In any case, I decided to give it a try because it seemed "new." The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. The cafe is quite spacious. I ordered the big breakfast, which was pretty good. The poached eggs seemed like they were microwaved, so they weren't as runny as I would have liked. The hash browns were nice and crispy, just how I like them. The pies at the restaurant were also not too bad.

The service at Rumour has it is excellent. We have used them multiple times for catering business morning teas (delivered), providing adult food for kids' birthday parties (delivered), and hosting birthday parties in the cafe, along with enjoying their regular coffees and food. Keep up the great work!

Called in for coffee and cake with my 5yo son. Service was great and delivered with a smile and joke with my son. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Me and my partner have always wanted to try this cafe out and we did today for breakfast. It was delicious!! The price is really good for the quality and quantity you get. Many Cafes that do all day breakfasts are so expensive and you get hardly any food for the price. My partner loved is caramel late too...We were really impressed and will be repeat customers!! The customer service was also good and servers friendly! It is also very nice interior, clean and tidy which is always welcoming! Recommend this place to anyone that likes a good cafe.
